Is there any resale value for the stone?
There is immense value attached to the Opal stones when you buy them off the store shelf, however like most other precious and semi-precious stones Opals are not generally re-sold in the market. Also, we do not offer exchange or returns on the ornaments we sell.
Do you have a physical store in any city in India?
No. We sell only online through triyaopals.in
When did you start your business?
We launched our business on Womens Day 2022.
Are your products available on any other sites such as Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra etc?
No.
We sell our exclusively designed ornaments only through our own website – triyaopals.in . We do this in order to offer top quality service to our customers with a personal touch and differentiate ourselves as a unique Brand that offers distinct products in this segment, rather than mixing our product offerings along with many other seemingly unrelated products on aggregator sites. Can I wear Opal Jewellery Daily?
Yes, Absolutely you can. The best way to keep your silver jewellery looking like new is to ensure you follow the care Instructions/precautions given below:
Do not expose the jewellery to high heat, excessive moisture or chemicals(including perfumes) and make sure to store it in bags kept in closed spaces, when not wearing it.
Can I wear Opal Jewellery in the shower?
Though showering with Jewellery on should not harm the metal, there is a good chance that it could induce tarnishing. Water that contains chlorine, salts, or harsh chemicals will affect the look of your silver ornament. We encourage our customers to remove your Opal jewellery before showering.

Is Jewellery from Triya Opals Real and Certified?
Yes. We use high quality Silver to make all our jewellery. Our natural Opal stones are completely original and certified. Furthermore, You will get an Authenticity Certificate for each product that you buy assuring the purity and quality of the unique pieces of jewellery delivered to you.
When will I receive the ordered product(s)?
It normally takes 5-7 business days for us to deliver your order. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.
What is your return policy?
Since these are jewellery and ornaments involving semi-precious stones, we do not have a policy of returns. Products once sold shall not be returned. We encourage you to speak to us over phone and seek as much information in case you need to ensure receiving all possible details of our products. Personalized items may be made to order. Can I cancel my order?
We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched and you would like to cancel it, please email us at [email protected]
Are there any additional or hidden costs?
No, there are no additional or hidden costs. Only 3% GST, which is already added to the price of the jewellery that you see on the website. The price includes Shipping costs as well.
